All students living on campus must select a resident meal plan each semester. Residents will select their meal plan during the Housing Application Process. Click here to view resident meal plans.
Please note, nursing students and students teachers residing on campus are not required to participate in a meal plan.
Commuters may select a commuter meal plan. Contact the Housing office to purchase or for more information.
Meal swipes can be used during all meal periods at Valor Dining Hall.
Valor Dining Services works to provide a variety of menu options for those with food allergies, intolerances, and/or special dietary needs. All menu boards make it easy to identify the top 8 most common food allergies which are: fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy.
Simply 3 is a station in Valor Dining Hall that provides safe and appetizing food choices for our customer with food allergies and gluten intolerance. All foods served at this station are prepared with ingredients that do not contain milk, nuts (peanuts and tree nuts), or gluten.
If you need additional support, our registered dietitian Katelyn Ryder, MPH, RD, LD, is available for free consultations to assist with finding options for any dietary needs or preferences.

Occasionally, students have special needs based on documented health conditions, such as those resulting in certain dietary restrictions, which may necessitate accommodations to the meal plan. Meal plan accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis, according to documented need and applicable standards for reasonable accommodations. We encourage students to speak with our Registered Dietitian and/or GM first to inquire about all of the dining options before pursuing a meal plan accommodation.
